Jess Orfanos
Owner and Stylist
I’ve been a part of the beauty industry since 2002, both working as a hairdresser and educator. For 10 years I worked for a small but thriving privately owned salon where I had an incredible foundation and mentors to truly guide me. During this time I took countless trainings all over the US that covered cutting, coloring techniques and theory, Brazilian Blowout, retailing, consulting, leading, managing and training. I worked for Wella and helped develop the training system and train for the company I worked for. In 2013 I started my own business where I dove more into my knowledge of marketing and business management. As an entrepreneur I’ve increased revenue each year, established a “full book” of clients and continue to find ways to evolve and grow each year. In 2020 I became an owner of DeLiRe’ Beauty Salon & Spa, I’m grateful to be a part of a team environment where we all inspire and encourage each other!

Rebekah Welker
Owner and Stylist
I started my career in cosmetology in 1998 after graduating from the Professional Cosmetology Institute.
I always knew that my goal was to work for myself and start my own business. After working 5 years in a busy salon, I opened my own studio at Salon Studios! I loved the freedom of working for myself and having more time to stay home with my two young children.
In 2012 we opened DeLiRe’ Beauty Salon & Spa. This was a long time dream come true! I have been so proud to be an owner of this beautiful salon. It has allowed me to continue to work part-time and work side-by-side by some of my dearest friends. After all these years I still have a passion for hair styling, skin care, and helping my clients reach their beauty goals with each visit. I find great joy in running DeLiRe’ and the time I spend behind my chair.

Lisa Hubbard
Owner and Stylist
I attended Capri Cosmetology in Dubuque, IA 1989/1990. I have worked in various salons throughout my years in the industry and gave up managing salons over 20 years ago to become self employed. Our decision to open DeLiRe’ Beauty Salon in 2013 was the most fun leap I’ve made in my career. With the recent and upcoming changes we will be making as a salon, my excitement and love for my work continues to grow. I have been blessed in so many ways throughout my journey in this career. I have built relationships with countless people, I have had the flexibility to raise my two beautiful daughters and be active in their lives and I spend my days working with some of the most talented individuals in our business. Making a living in a field of building people up and making them feel good about themselves is truly a gift! I am thankful for my clients who entrust me with their hair and skin care needs and look forward to continuing to make them excited to enter our salon and feeling refreshed and renewed when they leave.

I knew I wanted to be a cosmetologist since I was a little girl. I have been in the hair industry for 10 years and I absolutely love it! Making people feel beautiful and handsome are my number one priority! When I am not behind the chair I am a mom to 3 beautiful children! If I happen to get any time to myself aside from being a hairstylist and being mom I enjoy being outdoors and reading books! I love that I get to call my passion my job as well! I believe in a happy client happy life and I enjoy being a part of the DeLiRe’ team!

Sarah Cavan
Massage Therapist
I have been a licensed massage therapist for 17 years. I have always loved working with my hands and getting to know people, so manual therapy has been a great fit for me. I was trained at Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School, I specialize in therapeutic and deep tissue massage. I get excited about being able to help alleviate tension and pain to help people feel better in their day to day life and activities.
When I’m not with clients, I love to keep busy and enjoy activities with my husband and 4 children.

I knew early on I was meant to be a Stylist when I worked as a receptionist in high school for a local salon. Determined to become successful in my career, I graduated in 2002 from Iowa School of Beauty and took my first opportunity with Sunny Son’s Salon. From there I learned what mattered most, my clients and the amazing experiences we had with one another. I carried these valuable lessons with me in helping establish DeLiRe’ Salon by creating an open, beautiful and relaxing space for wonderful client experiences to be had.

I get the best deep muscle massages with Sarah, haircuts, highlights, and eye brow waxing with Jess. I also buy all my hair and face products from the salon. I love the Moroccan-oil products and dermalogica. Everyone is so friendly and the salon is very clean.
