From High School Intern to Professional Stylist: Chloe Moore’s Journey

Some of the best moments at the salon happen on an ordinary weekday. This one gave us a chance to celebrate how far Chloe Moore has come—and the role education and mentorship can play in a stylist’s journey.

Chloe first joined our salon as an intern during her senior year of high school. She came in ready to learn and get a closer look at the salon profession. Today, she’s a professional stylist, and we’re proud to see her grow into that role.

A career in the salon industry takes practice, patience, and a willingness to keep learning. For new stylists, having experienced people nearby can make a real difference. They can share what they’ve learned, offer guidance, and help turn classroom lessons into skills used in everyday work.

The three owners of our salon bring well over 75 years of experience combined. We value the chance to pass that knowledge along and support the next generation of professionals. Mentoring Chloe has been a meaningful part of that work. It’s rewarding to look back at where she started and see her now building her career as a stylist.

Education doesn’t end when someone becomes a professional. The salon industry continues to evolve, and every stylist has more to learn. A supportive team can make that ongoing learning part of the workday, while also giving newer professionals room to develop their own confidence and experience.
